I've always had a love of history, which stemmed from children's fairy-tale books with people dressed in long-toed shoes and pointy hats. I loved it so much I joined a group where you could research and teach while dressed in medieval clothing. This lead me to small metalworking and then to pottery. I enjoy trying to imbued a sense of history into many of my pieces. It's an ongoing process and I am loving the journey.
